Miranda is a second-generation Cuban and Puerto Rican American who has made the Tampa Bay area her home for the past 10 years. She is originally from Miami and fell in love with Tampa Bay after attending the University of South Florida. Her fluency in both Spanish and English helps ensure all our clients are receiving adequate and passionate care in their native language. She is devoted to making the process of buying or selling a home as easy and stress-free as possible.

Mariann has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Paralegal Studies from Saint Petersburg College. She is a Licensed Title Agent who is passionate about helping clients navigate through the world of real estate closings with confidence and ease. Operations
Samuel is a dedicated professional with a background in criminal law, legal research, and trial advocacy. He earned his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from The University of Alabama. Roll Tide! Before entering the legal field, Samuel served as a Ranger Team Leader in the U.S. Army’s elite 1st Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment, where he led small unit combat operations and trained foreign special operations forces. His military service instilled in him a deep sense of discipline, strategic thinking, and adaptability—skills that now enhance his professional work.
